Edling kids 2012

Ya wanna know what the number one benefit of being a photographer? Free photos of your kids! Of course, there is the draw back that when you're both the mom and photographer of kids at a photo shoot you have to simultaneously position them, wipe boogers and take the picture, but whatever. Anyway, I take pictures of my kids all the time...probably too much if you ask them, but I've not gotten them all dressed up for an actual photo shoot in quite a while.

I give you the cutest kids ever ...ahem...my children:

The Russells

Easter time is coming and I had the pleasure of taking the Russell kids photos out in the Corona/Norco area. These kids are especially dear to my heart as they are my nephews and niece! :)  We decided on River Road Park for our location. We had a short shoot (soccer camp was later that afternoon) but with this bunch of cuties, it was easy to grab some print worthy shots. Love you guys!

Here are some of my favorites...Enjoy!

Miss. Kara and Miss Kelli

I had so much fun shooting my first baptism photo shoot with these two ADORABLE girls! They are so full of life and loved hamming it up! They recently turned 8 years old and in the LDS church that's the age that they are old enough to decide if they would like to be baptized. These girls were obviously delighted with their upcoming event! It was great practice for me, as this year I have my own (and oldest) daughter turning 8!
The weather co-operated beautifully and with the exception of a few ants, we enjoyed our time outdoors in the lovely fields. I'm always amazed at the treasures of beauty I find in Lake Elsinore.
Tonight, I'm having some serious watermark issues, so to keep from throwing my laptop out the window (yes. I'm there) and the late night hour that it has become, I'm only showin' off my favorite few. So,\without further adieu, I give you Kara and Kelli!
